VSMSC

Extended version of a direct link to the short message service centre (SMSC) of a network operator where the user receives their own number for a SMS message centre. This allows the establishment and management of closed user groups and the use of reverse-billing (user pays incoming as well as outgoing messages over their VSMSC).
