Pay in Advance
Also known as Pay Upfront or All Inclusive.
A tariff in which you pay for a whole year's monthly service charges up front, in return for a discount. A certain number of minutes on the phone per month are included in the price. You will only receive a bill if your calls in a month exceed the amount of free calls on the tariff you are connected to.
