Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)

Also known as Picture Messaging or Video Messaging.

A system that allows the user to attach multimedia extensions to messages, such as photos, video and sound. These messages may be then sent to other MMS handsets or an email address (depending upon the capabilities of the handset). Most handsets will have MMS facilities.
